We have used Mike and Pet Express for three years, three round trips from Chicago to Florida, and we have been immensely impressed. We were first going to take our three cats on a flight to Florida and the airline started making impossible demands. I went on the web and found Pet Express and in my first conversation with Mike I thought this guy is for real. He expressed serious doubts about the safety of pets on planes and so we said let’s try it…

…and we have been very pleased. The drivers were prompt and courteous and kept us in constant communication. Our three cats have weathered the trip of 1220+ miles very well and quickly responded to being out of the car when they arrived. Mike says most pets sleep which is what ours do even at home. They arrived safe and we have been very pleased.
