Our pets are like our children, they give us unqualified love. In return, we owe them our love and respect. Our cherished Golden passed away while we were temporarily living over 3,000 miles from our home. Desperate to bring her home to be buried, we searched for a company that would help us transport her. When the airline regulations became too burdensome and lengthy, in stepped Mike and his team to help us. Mike thought of every detail needed to prepare and transport are beloved family member. The compassion he showed towards our situation, helping us through each decision needed to get her home, was incredible. His utmost concern was how to make sure through each step of the process she was treated with dignity and respect; and he delivered on his promise. They kept in touch to make sure we knew all was well and when we could expect her arrival. Faced with winter storms they made it across country in 2 & 1/2 days, from the Vet Clinic in California all the way to our doorstep by the Chesapeake Bay. Mike became someone we could depend upon for making sure that our Golden’s final journey on earth was as if we were taking care of her ourselves. We could not have done it without him. One can be assured that if he demonstrated that level of caring and attention to detail for our Golden, his transport of nervous and unsure pets across the country would be the same. Mike and his company gave us the gift of their compassion and trustworthiness that we shall cherish always!
