The first time I called Mike he thoroughly explained the whole process of moving our two pet rabbits from Pottstown PA to Brooksville FL (1039 mi and 16h 29 min drive). The longest distance our rabbits travelled was one mile to the VET. Cheyenne is 5 yrs ang Jude is 9 yrs so the distance and Jude’s age were a great concern.
We had already relocated to FL so Cheyenne and Jude were in our house in PA. cared for by our pet sitter.Our driver Keith and our sitter Hans had to arrange a time to meet in PA. Everything went well and Keith called me that they were on their way to FL. Keith called us several times during transport to reassure us they were doing well. When they arrived Cheyenne and Jude were in excellent condition. It was like they hadn’t travelled
1039 miles at all. Keith also brought several storage containers of rabbit supplies. So he had Cheyenne and Jude snuggled between the boxes and rear hatch on the van. It wasn’t hard to get the impression that Keithcared a lot about their safety and loved his job. Its been 4 months since their transport and they are stilldoing well. We had considered airline transport but I am glad we chose P.E.T.S. We would definitely use
PETS in the future. We very highly recommend them to others.On a scale 1 to 5 PETS is definitely
without any doubt a 5 .
