We were in the process of relocating from Colorado to South Carolina when I suffered a major injury requiring surgery and a long recovery. We were in SC, but our two dogs were stranded at a kennel in CO.
I had no idea there was a service like Pet Express Transport Service, but I found them online and the testimonials were exceptional. After speaking with Mike, we felt comfortable that our dogs would be in good hands.
The actual experience was above and beyond our expectations, and the testimonials didn’t do justice to the quality of the job that PETS did. Cody (the driver) showed up at the kennel before they opened, ensured he had everything needed from the kennel and their vet, and started the journey to their new home. He committed to have them safely to us the next afternoon.
We were a little nervous about the timeline because I was scheduled for surgery on the day after he was going to be here. Not to worry! Not only did he deliver them on time, he kept us informed along the way, and they were happy, healthy, and stress-free.
Hiring Mike and his team was a great decision, and if we ever relocate again, I’d use them without hesitation!
