I am not a person that writes reviews. My recent experience this month 11/22 with Mike Avery and Jerry (driver) convinced me that letting folks know how professional this operation is, would be of value for anyone looking for a Pet Transporter.
We recently purchased a dog from the Cincinnati area and were looking for a Pet Transport provider who could meet us in PA for the “hand off”. Beginning the process online is confusing at best. After contacting a few pet transport businesses, we contacted PETS and spoke to Mike (yes not voice mail tag, actual conversation). I had a level of confidence after our first conversation that continued throughout the process. They contacted and worked with the seller to establish travel requirements and ground rules- kept us in the loop the entire time- and delivered our Red Setter on time and in perfect condition. Thanks, guys!!!
